If your maktab/madrasha facilitate direct debit for students you can set this up in e-maktab. Remember e-maktab does not take payment but the setup of direct debit will help cut down logging the payment for these students manually.
For example, the system will automatically log the payment and create a payment record based on the configuration.
When you create/edit a student you will find the direct debit section. When you click on the Direct Debit checkbox it will bring up the additional fields as shown above in the image.
You enter the amount for direct debit and the start date. The end date is optional but if you're going to enter the end date make sure it's the last payment date of the the direct debit.
The system will automatically every month minus the set amount from the outstanding fee so you don't have to.
