If you need to register a payment for any of the below, you can do that easily in e-maktab.
- Admin Fee
Click on Students menu. Find the student you need to register the payment against. Use the search filtering options on the right hand side to narrow your search.
Once you've found the student. Click on the student's name to view their profile. Now click on the Make Payment button. This will open up a new window where you can fill in the payment options.
Once you've found your student, click on the Actions button on the right, and click on Make Payment option. This will take you to the payment page where you fill out all the information.
If the payment is for fees, the system will automatically detect the amount and will update the outstanding fee.
